courtney -- thought of you last weekend whilst visiting the Greek Festival at Holy Trinity... i'm pretty sure the baklava sundae was found one morning on the altar by a priest who took it as a sign that the theotokos herself sent it from above... yeah, that's how good it was (real vanilla bean ice cream, flaky baklava, drizzeled with honey).... wish i had a picture of that.

the cupola looks different than i remember... perhaps it's starting to age? whatever it is, i like it.
