absolutely terrific textures! tell us the story of how you came across this scene.
good stuff. i love red in pictures
on the way back from the biophysics departmental retreat, we stopped by point reyes to see the old lighthouse. it's a little out of the way, but a very nice place to go.
the original lighthouse was built in 1870 but is still in order. it's perched right at the edge of the cliffs (in the fog). the pounding surf is literally right below you...
anyhow, the photo is from the lighthouse keeper's little "studio" nearby.
